ZONING LOCAL GOVERNMENTS
WORKSHOPS FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS
We are pleased to inform you that the Kostrzyn–Słubice Special Economic Zone S.A. organizes a year-round, free cycle of information and consultation workshops dedicated to local government units.
We invite Mayors (Wójtowie) and Town Mayors (Burmistrzowie), together with employees of municipal Real Estate Management and Investment Departments, to the headquarters of our company, who are interested in individual training on the principles of operation of the Kostrzyn–Słubice Special Economic Zone.
We do not charge municipalities – in comfortable conditions we prepare a presentation for you, provide training materials and jointly plan a “Business over coffee” meeting with entrepreneurs at the municipal office.
In the first part of the workshops, a meeting with the Management Board of the Zone is planned to discuss the investment potential and opportunities of the municipality. We kindly ask participants to bring maps or indications of areas where new industrial investments may be implemented.
Course of the meeting:
Construction of a new facility – using the Aid Calculator available at
www.kssse.pl.
Expansion of an existing facility – using the Aid Calculator available at
www.kssse.pl.
Identification of areas for new investments within the municipality participating in the workshops.
Entering proposed properties intended for new investments into the Zone Land Database, published at
www.kssse.pl.
Designation of a contact person on the part of the Municipality for cooperation with the Zone.

Participation in the workshops requires registration (by phone or email). Preferred workshop date: Wednesdays, 9:00–10:00. Meeting duration: minimum 1 hour.
