Zoning Local Governments – Ośno Lubuskie

We are ending the week with another inspiring meeting under the „Zoning Local Governments” project – this time we visited Ośno Lubuskie.

We had the pleasure of talking with Mayor Stanisław Kozłowski, Secretary Ewa Urbaniak and Marta Budasz, who is responsible for real estate transactions. The meeting was an excellent opportunity to discuss the municipality's investment potential and its directions of development.

The municipality of Ośno Lubuskie is a place with enormous opportunities – in tourism, agriculture and agricultural processing, as well as industry. Its key assets include:

- strategic location close to the border,
- convenient access to the A2 motorway,
- availability of investment sites,
- competitive land prices.

The meeting was opened by the President of the Management Board, Tomasz Pisarek, who presented the main assumptions of the project and, together with Mayor Kozłowski, discussed the municipality's investment potential.

In the second part, practical workshops were held, led by Investment Project Managers of K-S SSE S.A. – Agnieszka Matuła-Dziduch and Krzysztof Babij. The training provided participants with concrete tools and knowledge to support investment development.
