About Business Over Coffee

Recurring meetings with local entrepreneurs

The Kostrzyn–Słubice Special Economic Zone S.A. (K-S SEZ), in cooperation with the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH), is implementing the "Talking business over Coffee" project in 2025. The project consists of the regular organization of meetings with local entrepreneurs in the municipalities where they conduct their business activities.

About the project

The meetings are not conferences; they have an informational and consultative character
Local governments are invited to co-organize the meetings by providing a venue and distributing invitations
Invitations are prepared by K-S SEZ and PAIH and published on websites and social media
Presentations and discussion panels are conducted jointly by the K-S SEZ and PAIH teams

Main message of the campaign

Direct information for local businesses: the whole of Poland is a special economic zone, and preferential investment conditions are not reserved only for large market players, but are also available to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises.

Companies expanding their plants can benefit from real support in the form of a corporate income tax exemption (up to 60% of the investment value). First, they only need to obtain a support decision from K-S SEZ, issued in an administrative procedure within 30 days, by meeting a few not overly demanding criteria.

All of this is discussed during the meetings and in open, informal discussion. We invite you to join us!
