ZONING LOCAL GOVERNMENTS: LUBNIEWICE MUNICIPALITY

Today we had the pleasure of hosting the Mayor of Lubniewice, Radosław Sosnowski, and the Head of the Investment and Real Estate Department, Waldemar Gatzka. Lubniewice is most often perceived as a tourist and recreational destination, but today's meeting showed that it holds far greater development potential. The guests were welcomed by Antoni Sołtys, Member of the Management Board of K-S SSE S.A., who presented the assumptions of the "Strefujemy Samorządy" (Zoning Local Governments) project. In the second part, workshops were led by experts – Agnieszka Matuła-Dziduch and Krzysztof Babij, Investment Project Managers at K-S SSE S.A. We discussed the municipality's economic opportunities, available investment sites and the directions of spatial development. We encourage other local governments to take part in our project!
