QUARTERLY TRAINING FOR K-S SSE S.A. ENTREPRENEURS IN ZIELONA GÓRA
On 29 September 2026, the third of the four training sessions planned this quarter for zone entrepreneurs took place in Zielona Góra.
The meeting was opened by Antoni Sołtys, Member of the Management Board of K-S SSE S.A., who presented the topic of legislative changes concerning special economic zones, and Iwona Sztuka, Deputy Director for Marketing, who spoke about the company's current activities and the recent "Business Mixer" event. Its first edition proved a great success, so the initiative will be continued next year as well.
The meeting was led by experts from Deloitte Polska, one of the largest advisory and audit firms in Poland: Krystian Szymaniak and Agnieszka Szczotkowska.
The programme included, among others, issues concerning:
• the rules for dividing the result into taxed and exempt parts,
• the moment the right to use the tax exemption arises,
• reporting obligations related to corporate income tax settlement,
• the rules for discounting funds,
• the latest case law concerning the Polish Investment Zone,
• planned changes to the PSI regulations.
