KNOWLEDGE AND PRACTICE – QUARTERLY TRAINING FOR KSSSE S.A. ENTREPRENEURS IN SZCZECIN

These meetings are above all an opportunity to gain practical knowledge, exchange experiences and discuss the changes that will soon affect the operations of businesses benefiting from support under the Polish Investment Zone.

During the meeting, Andrzej Kail, Director of the Marketing Department of K-S SSE S.A., presented the most important changes in the regulations concerning Special Economic Zones, which will come into force in January 2027.

The legal and tax part was led by experts from Deloitte – Krystian Szymaniak, Anna Jaroszewicz-Gałwa, Magdalena Kwiatkowska and Justyna Kobek.

The programme included, among other things:
- the moment when the right to use the tax exemption arises,
- the rules for dividing income into a taxable part and an exempt part,
- reporting obligations related to settling corporate income tax,
- the rules for discounting funds,
- the latest case law concerning the PSI,
- planned changes in the regulations concerning the Polish Investment Zone.
