QUARTERLY TRAINING SESSIONS FOR K-S SSE S.A. ENTREPRENEURS – POZNAŃ

We are launching another series of training sessions for zone entrepreneurs! 🚀

Today in Poznań we met with a large group of our investors. Vice President of the Management Board of K-S SSE S.A. Magdalena Hilszer presented the most important changes to the regulations on the functioning of Special Economic Zones, which will enter into force on 1 January 2027. In her presentation she highlighted the key aspects of the changes from the perspective of entrepreneurs and their potential impact on the further functioning of the investment support system.

The legal and tax part was led by experts from Deloitte, Krystian Szymaniak and Agnieszka Szczotkowska, who discussed the most important issues related to settling the tax exemption under the Polish Investment Zone, including:

- the moment from which the taxpayer is entitled to use the exemption,
- the division of income into taxed and exempt income,
- reporting obligations related to settling corporate income tax,
- discounting of funds,
- the latest case law concerning PSI,
- planned changes to the regulations on the Polish Investment Zone.

An important addition to the training was also information on ARP financial instruments. The possibilities of supporting entrepreneurs were presented by Krystyna Skaczkowska-Rychlewska, Director of the Entrepreneur Service Centre in Poznań.
