80 YEARS OF PRIMARY SCHOOL NO. 1 IN KOSTRZYN NAD ODRĄ

Today Primary School No. 1 named after the Friends of Kostrzyn nad Odrą (SP nr 1 im. Przyjaciół Kostrzyna nad Odrą) in Kostrzyn nad Odrą is celebrating the special jubilee of its 80th anniversary. That is eight decades of history, successive generations of pupils and teachers, and thousands of graduates for whom their educational journey began right here.

At the anniversary celebrations, the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone S.A. was represented by Antoni Sołtys - Member of the Management Board of K-S SSE S.A. and Andrzej Kail - Marketing Director of K-S SSE S.A., who is also Chairman of the Gorzów County Council.

The Zone's presence at this event has special significance for us. K-S SSE has been associated with Kostrzyn nad Odrą and its residents for years, and the economic development of the town and the region is inseparably linked with the education of the young generation. Today's pupils will in future create local companies, take up jobs with entrepreneurs operating in the region and influence its further development. That is why we want to be present also where their journey begins - in schools.

On the occasion of the anniversary, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to the entire community of Primary School No. 1 - the Management, Teachers, Staff, Pupils and Graduates - together with our best wishes for many more wonderful years, full of success, inspiration and reasons for pride.
