VILLAGE FOR THE EARTH III

On 11-12 September 2026, the Prof. Jan Miklaszewski Forestry Technical School in Starościn is hosting, for the third time, the event entitled „Village for the Earth”.

In the heart of the Puszcza Rzepińska forest, students, representatives of institutions and exhibitors come together. These are two days full of conversations, meetings and interesting initiatives related to nature, ecology, education and the promotion of the region.
This year's edition is special, as it takes place in the year of the 70th anniversary of the Forestry Technical School. 

Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone S.A. has taken the event under its patronage and is actively participating in this year's edition. During the ceremony, the Zone was represented by Antoni Sołtys, Member of the Management Board of K-S SEZ S.A., who read out a letter of congratulations on behalf of the Zone's Management Board: Tomasz Pisarek, President of the Management Board, Magdalena Hilszer, Vice-President of the Management Board, and on his own behalf.

Participants can look forward to numerous stands related to forestry and nature conservation, workshops, experiments, regional products and presentations. There is a great deal of knowledge on offer, but above all opportunities to talk, ask questions and learn about various areas related to nature and the region.

We are there too! The K-S SEZ S.A. stand has attracted students, invited guests and representatives of institutions since the start of the event. It is a good opportunity for us to meet young people, talk about the Zone's activities and show that economic development, education and responsibility for the environment can and should go hand in hand.

We congratulate the Forestry Technical School in Starościn on its wonderful 70th anniversary! We wish it many more years full of development, ambitious initiatives and successes of future generations of students.
