MAGDALENA HILSZER AND PROF. PIOTR GOLIŃSKI ON "STREFA INWESTYCJI" (INVESTMENT ZONE)
In the latest episode of the programme „Strefa Inwestycji” (Investment Zone) on TVP3 Poznań, we discussed how the potential of universities can meet the needs of entrepreneurs and investors.
The conversation, led by presenter Dariusz Nowakowski, featured Magdalena Hilszer, Vice-President of the Management Board of K-S SSE S.A., and Prof. Piotr Goliński, Vice-Rector for Research at the Poznań University of Life Sciences.
The discussion focused primarily on how the university's knowledge and competences can meet the real needs of the Polish economy and local entrepreneurs. We talked about R&D projects, technology transfer, cooperation between experts and business, as well as traineeships and internships, and the ways in which companies can make use of the university's scientific potential.
There were also concrete examples of areas in which the Poznań University of Life Sciences is developing its competences – including biotechnology, food-tech, eco-energy, wood technology, IT, data analysis, AI and unmanned systems.
For K-S SSE S.A., high-quality education at every stage of learning is one of the important elements in building a strong and attractive region, and thus favourable conditions for locating and developing investments here. SCIENCE, BUSINESS AND INVESTMENT
Today, an investor is no longer looking only for a good location and support instruments. They are also looking for competences, technologies, development partners and people they can employ.
That is why cooperation between business and science is becoming one of the key elements in building a region's investment advantage.
We encourage you to watch the „Strefa Inwestycji” programme and further conversations about what truly determines the investment attractiveness of regions today.
