DO YOU RUN A SMALL ACCOUNTING FIRM?
BY CREATING JUST 2 NEW JOBS, YOU CAN BENEFIT FROM POLISH INVESTMENT ZONE SUPPORT
Did you know that creating just 2 new jobs can be part of an investment covered by support under the Polish Investment Zone (PSI)?
Let's check with a concrete example:
A small accounting firm from Nowa Sól employs 4 people and wins a new client requiring additional accounting services, which means 2 more people.
By choosing the two-year labour costs of 2 employees as the basis for calculating maximum aid, we assume that:
🔹 the new employee's salary: PLN 10,000 gross/month
🔹 approximate monthly employer cost: PLN 12,048/person
🔹 two-year labour costs of 2 new employees: PLN 578,304
The minimum investment value, in this case the two-year labour costs of 2 new employees, for an existing micro-enterprise in Nowa Sól is PLN 100,000.
With an aid intensity of 60%:
PLN 578,304 × 60% = PLN 346,982.40
Potential maximum value of state aid: PLN 346,982.40
What does this mean in practice?
The entrepreneur can benefit from a PIT/CIT income tax exemption in connection with carrying out the new investment – until the granted state aid limit is used up or the support decision expires, at most 14 years from the date of its issue.
To obtain a support decision, the investment must meet certain quantitative and qualitative criteria.
