ARE YOU BUILDING A WAREHOUSE OR LOGISTICS CENTRE?

This could be a new investment that qualifies for support under the Polish Investment Zone.

Example investment:

A large enterprise from Słubice, engaged in logistics and distribution on the domestic and European markets, plans to build a modern logistics and warehouse centre in order to increase its warehouse space and improve customer service.

Planned investment expenditure, i.e. eligible costs:

• Construction of a warehouse hall with an area of 20,000 m² – PLN 42,000,000
• High-bay racking – PLN 6,500,000
• Internal transport system and warehouse automation – PLN 8,000,000
• Loading docks and equipment – PLN 3,000,000
• WMS system with IT infrastructure – PLN 2,500,000
• Internal roads, manoeuvring areas and technical infrastructure – PLN 6,500,000
• Design documentation and supervision – PLN 1,500,000
• Total eligible costs: PLN 70,000,000

If the enterprise obtains a support decision before starting the investment and meets the conditions of the programme, it can benefit from a corporate income tax exemption.

For a large enterprise carrying out an investment in Słubice, the maximum regional aid intensity is 40%.

This means the possibility of obtaining a corporate income tax exemption of up to: PLN 28,000,000

A modern logistics centre means shorter order fulfilment times, higher operational efficiency and greater competitiveness on the European market.
