LUMINA METALS HAS LISTED ON THE STOCK EXCHANGE!

On 16 June 2026, Lumina Metals made its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, opening a new chapter in its operations in Poland. It is one of the most important economic events of recent months in the Lubuskie Voivodeship, with a significant impact on the region's development and investment potential.

This is already the second such significant economic event in our region recently – after the announcement of the construction of a missile factory by Hanwha WB Advanced System Sp. z o.o. in Gorzów Wielkopolski, on land belonging to K- S SSE S.A.

At the ceremony, the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone S.A. was represented by Member of the Management Board Antoni Sołtys.

The event was also attended by parliamentarians and local government representatives from Lubuskie, including Senator Wadim Tyszkiewicz, Senator Waldemar Sługocki, Members of the Sejm Krystyna Sibińska and Elżbieta Polak, Marshal of the Lubuskie Voivodeship Sebastian Ciemnoczołowski and Mayor of Nowa Sól Beata Kulczycka.

The debut on the WSE confirms Lumina Metals' long-term commitment in Poland, where the company has been operating since 2011. After 14 years of intensive exploration work, the company has:
obtained ministerial approval of the geological documentation for the „Nowa Sól” copper and silver deposit and is applying for a mining concession,
- is listed on both the TSX in Canada and the WSE in Warsaw,
- plans to build a modern copper and silver mine,
- has resources estimated at 20 million tonnes of copper and 1 billion ounces of silver,
- assumes average annual output of 300,000 tonnes of copper and 30 million ounces of silver,
- plans an investment worth approximately PLN 27 billion,
- expects the mine to start operating around 2036.

It is a project of strategic importance not only for Nowa Sól and the southern part of the voivodeship, but for the entire Lubuskie region.

We congratulate Lumina Metals and wish it success in carrying out its ambitious investment plans!
