HANSEATIC BUSINESS FORUM

On Friday 12 June 2026, we had the honour of taking part as a Partner in the Hanseatic Business Forum – an exceptional event that brought together business leaders, innovators, investors and experts from across Europe. 

The conference was a space for inspiring discussions about the future of the economy, new technologies, innovation and the challenges facing modern business. Participants had the opportunity to listen to valuable speeches, take part in expert panels and make valuable business contacts.

Tomasz Pisarek, President of the Management Board of K-S SSE S.A., also spoke at the event. In his speech he drew attention to the key role of cooperation between entrepreneurs, local governments and institutions supporting economic development. He also emphasised K-S SSE S.A.'s commitment to initiatives that foster the exchange of experience, the building of business relationships and the promotion of entrepreneurship. He also pointed out that many companies operating in Stargard are developing their business with the support of the Zone, which is an important element in strengthening the region's economic potential.

During the forum, a wide range of topics was addressed – from the innovative economy and modern technologies, through the importance of tourism for economic development, to current challenges shaping the global business environment. Particular interest was aroused by the presentations of Hanseatic cities, which shared their experiences and best practices in economic development.

An important part of the event was also the presentation of the newly established „Leaders of the Future of the Hanse” award – the first international distinction of its kind, granted in Stargard on the initiative of the cities of Deventer and Stargard and in cooperation with the Hanseatic League of Cities. The award went to ECO Ready Bath, a company that makes prefabricated bathrooms.
