MEETING WITH ENTREPRENEURS FROM GORZÓW COUNTY
"Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success." - Henry Ford
„Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.” – with these words of Henry Ford, we welcomed entrepreneurs from Gorzów County, representatives of local authorities and partner institutions at a meeting in Kostrzyn nad Odrą – the town where the heart of the zone beats.
The event was opened and hosted by its initiators: Antoni Sołtys – Member of the Management Board of the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone, Krzysztof Karwatowicz – Starost of Gorzów County, and Andrzej Kail - Marketing Director of KSSSE.
„Your investment. Our shared future” Under this slogan, Andrzej Kail presented the support options offered by the zone. He encouraged entrepreneurs to use the corporate income tax exemption – reaching as much as 60% of investment expenditure incurred.
A significant part of the presentation was devoted to explaining the situation of special economic zones after 2026. The Marketing Director stressed that the activity of the zones in Poland does not end on 31 December 2026, and KSSSE will continue to issue support decisions for new investments for a period of up to 14 years.
The second talk concerned the operation of the National e-Invoicing System. The first month of KSeF being in force brought many practical questions, so the discussion was extremely lively. Entrepreneurs' doubts were answered by KSeF trainers – specialists from the Tax Office in Gorzów Wielkopolski, who provided exhaustive and up-to-date explanations.
The meeting ended with a classical music concert „Chopin. Poet of the Piano” – an atmospheric journey through the works of Fryderyk Chopin performed by the artistic duo of Mariusz (father) and Adam (son) Woźniak.
It was an elegant and inspiring conclusion to an evening that confirmed that cooperation, dialogue and joint action are the foundation for the development of local entrepreneurship and for building a strong future for the region.
Thank you for your presence!
