Acquisition of property from KOWR

On 7 January 2026, at the National Support Centre for Agriculture (KOWR) (Regional Branch in Gorzów Wlkp.), a notarial deed was signed under which the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone acquired ownership of a property with an area of 116 ha, located on ul. Mironicka in Gorzów Wielkopolski. As we already own land located in the immediate vicinity of the newly acquired property, this highly development-oriented move means that we now have a total of over 200 hectares of land with enormous investment potential!

The Management Board of K-S SSE was represented at KOWR in full: Tomasz Pisarek, Magdalena Hilszer and Antoni Sołtys. We thank the Director of KOWR, Marek Halasz, and his Deputy, Sebastian Gwóźdź, for the very good cooperation in carrying out the next planned stage of the investment process.
