"My First Business" – a competition at the Zespół Szkół Centrum Kształcenia Rolniczego in Kamień Mały

On 24.11.2025, on the initiative of the Management Board of Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone S.A., the final of the "My First Business" competition was held at the Zespół Szkół Centrum Kształcenia Rolniczego in Kamień Mały.

Five entries reached the final:

• RENZER - a new generation of digital road assistant – by Wojciech Cudak,
• PiesioRehab: a mobile veterinary and rehabilitation clinic - by Weronika Gaweł,
• Farm Business Plan: implementing strip-till seeding technology and precision farming 4.0 - by Wojciech Gzela,
• "Eco Invest" electric scooter rental - by Hubert Kaniowski,
• LIVESTYLE VILLAGE - an intelligent village of the future - by Natalia Majewska.

Participants had to not only prepare a business plan and a presentation of their idea, but also answer questions from the jury members and the audience.

The jury, consisting of Antoni Sołtys - Member of the Management Board of K-S SSE S.A., Iwona Sztuka - Deputy Marketing Director of K-S SSE S.A., Wioletta Czerwińska and Alicja Wołkowska - teachers at ZS CKR in Kamień Mały, had an extremely tough nut to crack, as it was difficult to assess such well-prepared young speakers. After lengthy deliberations, the winners were chosen:

1st PLACE       Natalia Majewska

2nd PLACE       Wojciech Cudak

3rd PLACE      Weronika Gaweł

The winners received prizes in the form of vouchers, and all participants received small gifts and commemorative diplomas from K-S SSE S.A.

We sincerely thank the Director of ZS CKR in Kamień Mały, Emil Zapisek, for making it possible to organise the competition, Wioletta Czerwińska for overseeing the competition on behalf of the school and preparing the students, and the participants themselves. We also thank the WOPR of the Lubuskie Voivodeship for their invaluable technical support throughout the event.

We hope that your dreams related to your First Business will come true!
