The meeting will cover the basic principles of accounting for the tax exemption in connection with holding a support decision, including: the moment from which the taxpayer is entitled to use the exemption, the division of income into taxable and exempt, reporting obligations regarding corporate income tax settlement, discounting of funds, current trends in PSI case law, the expiry of permits at the end of 2026, planned changes in PSI regulations.
