Kostrzyn-Slubice Special Economic Zone
as the managing company of ?Kostrzyn-Slubice Special-Economic Zone

on the basis of the Decree of the Minister of Economy and Labor dated on November 15th, 2004 (Journal of Laws 2015 item 2037) regarding tenders and negotiations as well as the intentions' evaluation criteria concerning business activities to be taken by entrepreneurs within the area of the Kostrzyn-Slubice Special Economic Zone

INVITATION TO THE JOINT TENDER

Its aim being:

1). at choosing an entrepreneur who will receive the permission to conduct a business activity within the territory of the Kostrzyn-Slubice Special Economic Zone

and

2). sale of the greenfield real estate with the total area of 7,6502 ha marked by the evidential numbers of the plots: 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 35/1, 36, 37 and 39 located in the range no 6 of Nowa Sól City on the area of Nowa Sól subzone Complex no 1 Area 5.

Above mentioned plots are embraced by the Mortgage Register no ZG1N/00069335/3 in the District Court in Nowa Sól. V Department of the Mortgage Register - ZG1N

1. Taking part in the negotiations is conditioned by the following:

• purchasing the "Specification of the essential conditions of the joint tender",
• paying the deposit,
• making of a written offer containing conditions of the intended enterprise within the Zone.

2. The amount, the form, the term of the deposit payment as well as the circumstances of its forfeit are defined within the "Specification of the essential conditions of the joint tender".

3. Offers should include all the elements mentioned in the "Specification of the essential conditions of the joint tender". The evaluation of the business enterprise presented in the offer will be conducted on the basis of the criteria in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Economy and Labor dated on November 15th, 2004 (Journal of Laws 2015 item 2037) and criteria described in the point 2.1 "Conception of the Special Economic Zones development" valid for the terrains belong to the management body of the Zone, State treasure or local government units, communal organization or being in perpetual usufruct of the Management body of the Zone.

4. The "Specification of the essential conditions of the joint tender" can be obtained in the seat of the K-S SEZ every weekday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. after presenting the receipt of the amount of 10.000,00 PLN net plus 23% VAT (in words: ten thousands zlotys) being paid into the account of  K-S SSE S.A. conducted in the Bank Spółdzielczy in Ośno Lubuskie no. IBN: PL 09 8369 0008 0065 0755 2000 0010; SWIFT: GBWCPLPP.

5. The offers with the writing „Przetarg Łączny Podstrefa Nowa Sól Kompleks nr 1 Obszar 5” should be handed over in the seat of the K-S SEZ (office 12) in Kostrzyn nad Odrą, ul. Orła Białego 22, until 10.08.2017  at. 10.00.

6. The offers will be opened by the committee in the seat of the K-S SEZ on 10.08.2017 at 11.00.
