on the basis of the Decree of the Minister of Economy and Labor dated on November 15th, 2004 (Govern. Regulations and Laws Gazette no. 254, pos. 2541) regarding tenders and negotiations as well as the intentions' evaluation criteria concerning business activities to be taken by entrepreneurs within the area of the Kostrzyn-Slubice Special Economic Zone

 

INVITES TO THE JOINT TENDER

 

Its aim being:

 

at choosing an entrepreneur who will receive the permission to conduct a business activity within the territory of the Kostrzyn-Slubice Special Economic Zone subzone Kostrzyn Complex no.3 and sale of the real estate with the total area of 3,5000 ha marked by the evidential numbers 18/13 located in the area no. 0003 Forty of the Kostrzyn nad Odra city, covered by the Mortgage Register no. KW nr GW1S/00030008/0 in the District Court in Slubice.

 

Taking part in the total tensder is conditioned by the following:

  • purchasing the "Specification of the essential conditions of the joint tender",
  • paying the deposit,
  • making of a written offer containing conditions of the intended enterprise within the Zone.

 

The amount, the form, the term of the deposit payment as well as the circumstances of its forfeit are defined within the "Specification of the essential conditions of the joint tender".

Offers should include all the elements mentioned in the "Specification of the essential conditions of the joint tender".

 

The evaluation of the business enterprise presented in the offer will be conducted on the basis of the criteria in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Economy and Labor dated on November 15th, 2004 (Official Journal No. 254, item. 2541).

 

INVITES TO THE NEGOTIATIONS

 

Its aim being:

at choosing an entrepreneur who will receive the permission to conduct a business activity within the territory of the Kostrzyn-Slubice Special Economic Zone subzone Zielona Góra Complex no.2

Taking part in the negotiationsr is conditioned by the following:

  • purchasing the "Specification of the essential conditions of the joint tender",
  • making of a written offer containing conditions of the intended enterprise within the Zone.

 

Offers should include all the elements mentioned in the "Specification of the essential conditions of the negotiations". The evaluation of the business enterprise presented in the offer will be conducted on the basis of the criteria in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Economy and Labor dated on November 15th, 2004 (Official Journal No. 254, item. 2541).

 

The "Specification of the essential conditions of the joint tender" and "Specification of the essential conditions of the negotiations" can be obtained in the seat of the K-S SEZ every weekday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. after presenting the receipt of the amount of 6.000,00 PLN net plus 23% VAT (in words: six thousand zlotys) being paid into the account of K-S SSE S.A. conducted in the Gospodarczy Bank Spółdzielczy in Barlinek, department in Kostrzyn nad Odrą, account no. IBN: PL 32 8355 0009 0022 3890 2000 0001; SWIFT: POLUPLPR.

 

The offers with the annotation Przetarg łączny Podstrefa Kostrzyn Kompleks nr 3” or „Rokowania Podstrefa Zielona Góra Kompleks nr 2 ” should be handed over in the seat of the K-S SEZ (office 12) in Kostrzyn nad Odrą, ul. Orła Białego 22, until:

  • for the total tender 16.01.2011 to10.00 a.m.
  • for the negotiations 18.01.2011 to 10.00 a.m.

 

The offers will be opened by the committee in the seat of the K-S SEZ on:

  • for the total tender 16.01.2011 at11.00 a.m.
  • for the negotiations 18.01.2011 at 11.00 a.m.

 

Information about the joint tender and the "Specification of the essential conditions of the joint tender" and “Specification of the essential conditions of the negotiations” are issued at the seat of the Zone in Kostrzyn nad Odrą.
