The Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone has a perfect geographical location. Our areas are located right in the centre of Europe, adjacently to the German border.
Access to our terrains is easy for both car and truck transport, which is enabled by the international roads E30 (A2), E65 (A3) and E28, as well as the railway line Paris-Berlin-Warsaw-Moscow. The Zone is close to the road and railway border crossings. Investors can take advantage of the nearby located, freight and passenger airports in Babimost, Goleniow, Poznań or in Berlin. The zone’s location facilitates access to the sea harbors in Szczecin and Swinoujscie along with the river harbors in Berlin and Hamburg.

The real estates of the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone are located in three voivodships: Lubuskie, Wielkopolskie and Zachodniopomorskie, this enables the investors to utilize the economic potential of virtually entire western part of Poland. In the vicinity of our sub-zones there are significant cities, such as Poznań, Szczecin, Gorzów Wielkopolski. and Zielona Góra. These cities are the industrial and trade centres of their regions. Our district has a long and glorious economic tradition, with dominant position of chemical, mechanical, textile, wood, paper, machinery, construction, food industry. Cooperation with Germany is well developing, but we can also include France, Italy, Denmark, Holland, the Czech Republic, England, Belgium, Spain, Scandinavian countries, Japan, India, the USA as significant partners of our region.
